The food in Nagasaki is delicious. Its been a long time since we left, but every time I go home, I buy a lot of food for myself as a souvenir. If you choose 5 recommended souvenirs...Goto udon, kanboko (kamaboko), castella, kankoro mochi, and otakusa (product name). I cant narrow it down to 5... It is a mini-encyclopedia compiled while having fun, like an adults independent research. Some are also included in the neighborhood.
